Cancellations

Payments:

For all the services contracted, you may pay the same upon arrival at Hotel Kapil in Shimla (Himachal Pradesh). All bookings are confirmed against advance payment which can be made by bank or UPI transfers. All prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of the trip due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 7 days prior to arrival: Full Refund of the room / tour / service cost
  • 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the room / tour / service cost
  • Less than 4 days prior to arrival: No refund of the room / tour / service cost

No cancellation in number of rooms or nights will be entertained at the time or post cheeck-in/early check-out. A full payment is applicable in case of any changes.

In case of peak season, for bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be provided as and when required).

Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender:
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only. For unused accommodation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund. The refund will be processed and settled within 2 working days after you help us with your bank details.

Law & Jurisdiction

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by Hotel Kapil, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Shimla.
